Crockpot Crack Chicken in the Express Crock

Ingredients

  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • 1 (1 oz) dry envelope packet Hidden Valley Ranch
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
  • 1 (2 cups) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 oz) package bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth **Express Crock only**

Instructions

Pressure Cooker Mode:

  1. Place chicken in crockpot and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth.

  3. Sprinkle ranch mix over chicken and place cream cheese on top.

  4. Place lid on lock, set valve to sealing. Press the poultry button and cook for 15 minutes. Do a natural release for 5 minutes and release valve to let out any additional steam.

  5. Shred chicken and stir to combine with cream cheese. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and well combined.

  6. Add crumbled bacon, stir and serve.

Slow Cooker Mode:

  1. Place chicken in crockpot and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Sprinkle ranch mix over chicken and place cream cheese on top.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4.

  4. Shred chicken and stir to combine with cream cheese. Add shredded cheese and bacon, stir and cover until melted and well combined.
