Crockpot Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey cooked
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can Mexican Style Rotel 10 oz.
  • 1 can Original Rotel mild (10 oz.)
  • 1 can kidney beans undrained (15 oz.)
  • 2 cans fiesta corn drained (15 oz.)
  • 1 can black beans undrained (15 oz.)
  • 1 can mild enchilada sauce 10 oz.
  • 1 packet Buttermilk Ranch Dry Salad Dressing Packet
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in skillet over medium heat, drain grease
  2. Add taco seasoning packet to beef and mix well
  3. Add all ingredients to crockpot
  4. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours
  5. Serve with desired toppings
