How to Make Meatballs

There are so many ways to make meatballs and I have tried them all. I do prefer them baked, but the pressure cooker is not far behind. Being able to sear them on sauté mode creates a nice crusty outside and cooking them under pressure keeps them moist and tender on the inside. The slow cooker is also incredibly easy as they simmer in your favorite sauce for a few hours as they cook through.

I have been trying to create and perfect the perfect meatball for some time now. After many attempts and lots of research, I feel like I finally made it! Thanks to Chef John from allrecipes.com for this recipe. I hope you and your family enjoy these meatballs as much as we do!
