Healthy Almond Milk Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 - 1 cup baby spinach a handful is easiest!
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 Tablespoon PB2 or PBFit or 1/2 banana optional
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend well.

Recipe Notes

Any type of frozen berries can be used as long as it totals one cup.
