Crockpot Sriracha Chicken

Ingredients
4-5
chicken breasts
2 lbs

cup
Sriracha Hot Sauce
¼
cup
honey

tablespoons
lime juice

onion
chopped
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts and chopped onion in a slow cooker.
In a small bowl mix Sriracha sauce, honey and lime juice.
Place chicken in crockpot.
Cover with Sriracha sauce mixture.
Cover with chopped onion.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred chicken and serve.
Garnish with green onion, red chili flakes or sesame seeds, if desired.
Recipe Notes
If cooking for two and not wanting leftovers, cut recipe in half.
