Place chicken in crockpot and cover with all ingredients you are using (including cream cheese). Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4. Shred and serve.
Place chicken in pot and cover with all ingredients EXCEPT cream cheese. Place lid on lock, turn the valve to no venting, press the Poultry button and cook for 15 minutes. Do an immediate release. Remove lid, add cream cheese and place lid back on for 5-10 minutes until cream cheese is melted. Stir until well combined and serve.
