Home Tour featuring Oliver Gal Artist Co

Oliver Gal Wall Art in Master, Living and Bedroom and mirrored bench with throw pillows - Crockpot Empire

This post was sponsored by Oliver Gal Artist Co. and all opinions are my own

Ever since I started Crockpot Empire, I have wanted to incorporate home decor and DIY projects, but I just haven’t been able to fit it in…until now! We moved seven doors down from our former home (you can read more about that here) two years ago, and as soon as we got in we started renovating. I thought things would come together faster than they did, but after a ton of work, I finally feel like it’s ready for show! I can’t wait to share the details of my home featuring my favorite art company, Oliver Gal Artist Co. I have been talking and throwing teasers out about this post for far too long, and I am so sorry that it is so long overdue. So, please come in to our home and make yourself at home! The foyer is decorated with a mirrored bench with Oliver Gal throw pillows and zebra print grey chairs - Crockpot EmpireOliver Gal Art is a collective of artists spear-headed by sisters and artists Lola Sánchez and Ana Gal, who were inspired by the Miami art scene, coupled with photography from their travels around the world. Their art collections are handcrafted with airy images, pop culture themes and striking layers of color that make a statement. One piece of Oliver Gal Art and your room will exude unpretentious elegance, and that blank wall transformed into a grand-scale, high style canvas.

I have three vibrant Oliver Gal pieces that I am absolutely in love with and have my eye on so many more, but as we all know decorating a home takes time (and money)! I love all three pieces the exact same, but all for different reasons. Every time I look at them in the rooms that they are in, they make me so happy. They capture the evanescent moment of youth, optimism, romance and wanderlust and make a big statement to the rooms that they grace their presence in. Oliver Gal Art Gold Heel Fashion Books Print with silver mirrored chest and accessories - Crockpot Empire My print Gold Shoe and Fashion Books adorns the side wall in our Master Bedroom, because I can’t seem to find another space for it yet. On top of that, I am so in love with this piece and I get fueled to work harder every time I see it. I coupled it with the books that are on the piece and I love the way it brings the art to life! I wish it was a little bigger, but this may end up in the guest room, as soon as I get another Oliver Gal piece! I am always changing things around the house and things are never in one place too long! White Headboard with white bedding and Oliver Gal Agate Canvas Painting - Crockpot Empire Bedroom Present Over Perfect by Shauna Niequist on gold tray with antler magnifying glass Oliver Gal Bleu Agate Canvas over white tufted nailhead headboard in Master Bedroom Decor with white bedding- Crockpot Empire Kim Bishop from Crockpot Empire Wedding Dress on a Mannequin as decor in bedroomI’ve had my wedding dress displayed on this mannequin, because stored up in a box is the last place it needs to be! I love being able to see it everyday and recollect the precious memories of the best day of my life when I got to marry my best friend. There’s a funny story that only my very close friends and family know about this dress that I’ll save for another blog post!

Lastly, and the real reason this post is so delinquent, is because of the sitting room that I have been trying to pull together. I got this beautiful abstract piece, Flow, that is sophisticated, unique and bold. I love pink and am not afraid of color, and wanted to branch out in our new home and bring some edge and color into the space. When the piece arrived, I knew it was going to be a challenge to decorate with, but I am so proud of the room I designed and created. It truly is unique in its own right, and exactly the play on color I was trying to achieve. Oliver Gal Flow Abstract Wall Art in Sitting Room with Ivory Tufted Sofa and Chairs with Gold Accent Coffee Table on Pink Rug - Crockpot Empire Oliver Gal Flow Abstract Wall Art in Sitting Room with Ivory Tufted Sofa and Chairs with Gold Accent Coffee Table on Pink Rug - Crockpot Empire Pink Rug with white Ballard Design Nailhead trim bar stools in kitchen Sitting Room Home Decor Gold Coffee Table with Pink Rug - Crockpot Empire Oliver Gal Flow Abstract Wall Art in Sitting Room with Ivory Tufted Sofa and Chairs with Gold Accent Coffee Table on Pink Rug - Crockpot EmpireOn top of the amazing art collection, they also have Oliver Gal Home, an in-house line of bedding collections, accent decor and wearable accessories. From decorative throw pillows, duvet covers, shower curtains and accessories they have the cutest pieces to accent with to add in some unexpected texture and color. I have some throw pillows that are adorned with the cutest graphic print on a mirrored bench in our foyer, and are one of the first things you see upon entering our home. I think prints make such a bold statement when paired with neutrals and a pop of color. Oliver Gal Pillows on Mirrored Tufted Bench in Foyer - Crockpot Empire Oliver Gal Accent Throw Pillows and Home Decor - Crockpot Empire Oliver Gal Accent Throw Pillows and Home Decor - Crockpot Empire Oliver Gal pieces exude haute living with a femininity and will make any Empresses home full of glam!
