Crockpot Korean Beef BBQ

I am typically not a fan of pre-packaged sauces, but these flavorful packets are SO different and this Crockpot Korean Beef BBQ was delicious! When I saw these Hap’s Paks by Chef Sharone Hakman, a contestant on Chef Ramsay’s MasterChef, all I had to read was that they are All Natural, Non-GMO, Preservative and Gluten Free. I grabbed several flavors and was so excited to review these sauces that are a lot of flavor with little effort using the Crockpot!

Fred and I both loved the bold sweet and spicy exotic flavor that is infused with sesame and ginger and creates a very flavorful meat that’s a nice change from the typical BBQ.

These ” Hak’s Paks” come in several other flavors that I can’t wait to try like Chipotle Bourbon, Caribbean Jerk and Cajun Jambalaya! I will be reviewing all of them, so stay tuned!

I served it with a sweet potato that is packed with nutrients, and the boldness of the meat pairs nicely with the sweetness of the potato! Add a green and you have a perfect healthy and easy weeknight dish.
