I try to keep the cream of soup recipes to a minimum over here at Crockpot Empire, but sometimes they are just too good not to post. These Crockpot Herbed Ranch Pork Chops is just one of those recipes that is an all time favorite. I promise it won’t disappoint!
This is Fred’s all time favorite crockpot meal and with only three ingredients it is easy on the budget and so delicious! He loves this so much that out of everything in this world that I could cook, he requests this every year for his birthday meal! Many of you may be adverse to cooking with these types of soups. Pacifico makes an Organic Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom that is sold at Whole Foods, Publix and Wal-Mart in the Organic section. I have used it often, but it definitely changes the flavor of this meal, however it is a great alternative for healthy living.
We like to serve these herbed ranch pork chops over rice or any type of pasta with the yummy sauce on top, over mashed potatoes or with red new potatoes.
If you choose red potatoes you can either place the potatoes directly in the crockpot with the meat, or if you prefer them to not be extra mushy, place in tin foil and make a boat. Place the foil boat on top of the meat and let them steam, while your pork chops cook. The longer you let these slow cook, the better they are. I recommend you cook them on low low for 8 hours.
We hope you love this dish as much as we do! It is so easy and with only four ingredients, it is a weeknight or weekend meal that will make your life so much easier! And, isn’t that what crockpot cooking is all about?!?!

April 10, 2019 at 1:09 amThis design is incredible! You certainly know how to keep
a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my
own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Great job. I really enjoyed
what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it.
Too cool!

August 26, 2019 at 10:09 pmCan’t wait to try this. We really don’t eat pork in the house but I was wondering if this would work well with chicken?
